Exceptions
While we generally do not accept returns, we may make exceptions in the following cases:

- Incorrect items sent due to our error
In these rare instances, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a credit toward a future purchase.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as production will have begun.
